The actress - who cut up from longtime love Stuart Townsend final year - has apparently been secretly relationship the recently-divorced Milk star.

Theron and Penn were seen hugging and kissing throughout a late night time party at the Chateau Marmont garden in Hollywood.

“Sean and Charlize have been good buddies for years. However now that neither is in a relationship, their friendship has blossomed into full-blown romance,” a supply informed American tabloid the Nationwide Enquirer.
